Black Diamond Junk Removal did a fantastic job removing garage and shed waste from my backyard. Isiah and Max were courteous, professional, efficient, and on time. The best feature about BDJR, besides being the cheapest estimate I had, is that they let you schedule the day and time for them to come on their website, unlike other junk haulers who dictate the day and time based on their schedule. I recommend and will use them again.

On 6-10-24, my garage company left cardboard boxes and a tarp on my curb. I put them on my curb as it was recycling day. But they just left it out there and collected everything else. They said it was ‘too heavy’ to collect. They advised me to break down the boxes and tarp and they would pick up next recycling day- in 2 weeks. I called Black Diamond and they were here in less than an hour. They picked it up easily. Price was decent, service was excellent, and the guys that came out were great. Will recommend this company to friends/family and use them again in the future. Thank you again.

My mom passed away last September. My husband and I have been working on cleaning the house out. We got to the basement and decided it was too overwhelming to tackle ourselves. We called Black Diamond Junk Removal and spoke with Tucker. The customer service we received starting with him was outstanding. The communication couldn’t have been more perfect. The following week, Isaiah and Jordan came out and emptied the basement in no time. They were courteous, professional, personable and worked so hard. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. The men who came to our home were very nice and we problem solved how to get some difficult HEAVY pieces out. They were careful not to damage anything. I would 100% hire again.

I made an appointment online which is great because I hate making phone calls. I was able to schedule a convenient time. Black Diamond sent a text message out to confirm. The next morning they called to ask a few questions and confirm again. The morning of the pickup, they kept me updated at how long it would be until they arrived. It took them no time at all to relieve us of some junk that was clogging up our house and garage not worth selling. Well worth the time and money spend. Amazing communication. I’m satisfied and will use Black Diamond again if the need should arise.

I used Black Diamond to pick up some old furniture that wasn’t worth selling. I left it all out on my lawn and showed them what to take. They were kind, respectful and efficient. They arrived within the appointment window. It was easy to book through their website and I got a discount by booking using their site. Their pricing seemed reasonable to me, though I have never used a service like this before. They give you an estimate on site, based on the volume of junk and then confirm with you that is okay and then once they load everything they let you know if it filled up less space in the truck and it then could be less money. My junk filled up 1/4 of their truck so it was around $230. Would definitely use them again. Quick and easy.

Black Diamond Junk Removal was super easy to work with. I called and spoke to someone about having some old furniture removed from my home. I was able to set up a date & time that was convenient to me. The company texted info. about my appointment and confirmed my window of arrival. They called when they were 20 minutes away. Although I had received a ballpark figure during my original phone call, Nathan came in, looked at everything that I wanted removed, and gave me a new estimate that was cheaper than the ballpark figure! It took the two men just under an hour to remove everything & get it in their truck. They were professional and courteous, and when all was said and done, the amount I owed was less than the estimate they provided!Having said all of this, I would work with them again, even if the price had not been cheaper. As I said, everyone was courteous and professional. They were able to come on my timeline, and removed furniture that I never could have gotten out of here on my own, and best of all, they hauled everything away!OUTSTANDING! RECOMMEND 100%!

We contacted Black Diamond, a new and local Cleveland area business, and 1-800Got Junk for price and service comparison to do a complete move-out junk removal job. Black Diamond won the bid not only based on price but, also, on the way they handled the whole estimate process. We scheduled Tucker and his team for today and they arrived on time, courteous, respectful, very attentive and beyond helpful. They removed everything we needed to be cleared out without hassles or headaches. I first contacted Black Diamond Junk Removal on October 1st. I spoke with Tucker and he was able to set a time for the next day to come out to my house and give me an estimate for the removal. After our phone call he even sent a text confirming the appointment date & time. Once out he was very professional and was able to give me a firm quote and set an appointment for the following weekend. Fast forward a week, Tucker and Joey were on time and very communicative. I even added to what needed to be removed and they were able to handle it no problem. Tucker and Joey worked quickly, efficiently, and were very professional. They even went as far to sweep up my basement where the junk had piled up! Given their response time, quality of their work, and price it would be an absolute no brainer to hire them again. Can not recommend them enough. If you’ve got something you need gone just call Black Diamond.

Black Diamond basically saved our lives today! We own several rental properties… but this particular property was vacated by tenants who obviously had major issues! It was worse than any hoarder you have ever seen on television and they basically had junk piled from floor to ceiling. It was overflowing with old food and rotting produce. The refrigerator was completely disgusting and needed to be disposed of…. The stench was criminal. We called Black Diamond and they came to our rescue the following day with an entire crew of amazing young man who worked diligently all day! They filled two HUGE trucks with garbage, appliances, and furniture. They were outstanding! We’re also trying and so easy to work with…. This place is absolutely the best. The entire staff is courteous, punctual, and hard-working. They communicated everything well – from pricing to arrival time to length of time needed to complete the job. And the workers were pleasant too, even though they were working nonstop carrying heavy loads. First time using this company. Overall, a great experience! The crew was punctual, professional and performed the job exactly as requested. I scheduled my appointment within a less than 24 hr period and they showed up at the beginning of my selected 2-hour window. Super easy online scheduling process….The driver called 15 minutes ahead of their anticipated arrival(as promised), which was also at the beginning of my 2 hr window. The estimation process was a breeze; straight forward, and honest. The estimate for our haul was reasonable and I received zero pressure to move forward, even with the crew being on-site. My haul actually exceeded the available space in their truck, but a second truck came to finish the haul within my same appointment window. Upon completion, I was unavailable to inspect their work, however the Forman took it upon himself to send a text with photos, and to confirm the job was completed to my satisfaction.Great first experience. Local company. This checked all the boxes – I will use them for future needs and am happy to recommend for yard waste, light demo and construction material removal. (This was the scope of my haul). Top notch service! I called for an apartment clean out in the morning. The crew were at the location literally in 15 minutes. They came in and looked at the items to be hauled out.
