I used the online system to book a pick up for today for convenience and to do the 10% discount. I submitted my request with 3photos for 4pm today at around 10am this morning. Understanding there is a 2hour window for arrival, I like to be planful, so I called the number on the website to confirm my appointment and Spoke with the receptionist. Needless to say, I am without Junk Removal for my yard because I am not in their system at all. I will find another company. I really needed this stuff out of my yard today.
